Customer Experience Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Answer basic questions about stock broking 
• Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels 
• Observe the prescribed procedure instructions in order to resolve the issue.

• Capacity to meet daily and hourly production targets 
• Use internal resources and procedures to facilitate resolution.
