• Relationship Management - Developing and strengthening customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals. 
• Client Outreach: Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships, including product, portfolio, and banking needs. 
• Customer Service and Sales – Regular market updates and information are given to customers, along with cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Requests are handled very quickly in order to deliver an exceptional client experience. Serve as the client's exclusive point of contact for all banking needs.
