Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all client interactions within the limitations of the roster.
  • Take responsibility for calls when a customer contacts you.
  • Use the proper words and tone when addressing every consumer.
  • Provide the client with education whenever possible.
  • Make sure that knowledge of products, systems, processes, and policies is updated.
  • Comply with rostered schedules, activities, and shifts
  • Record client information and data pertinent to the conversation or service.
  • Build customer relationships and provide exceptional service to grow and retain your customer base.
  • Comply with all contact centre rules, processes, code of conduct, and statutory requirements.
