Outbound Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Making outgoing calls to wireline residential clients, both new and old, to sell them telecom products and services.
• Fostering relationships with customers by learning about their experiences, understanding their needs, and making recommendations for products they will feel good about
• Navigating through several tools and systems at the same time as speaking with customers. 
• Handling consumer orders and making sure they are accurate and completed. 
• Taking part in ongoing training programs and exchanging best practices.

Required Candidate profile

• Requirements: 10 + 2 or any graduate
• Work Experience: A minimum of one year of outbound sales experience (exclusively for international BPO)
• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Applicants need to feel at ease working nights.
