We are searching for an energetic Content Writer who can work with PhonePe to make sure that every step of the merchant's journey is positive with our Help & Support content. Someone with the flair to manage a variety of communication tasks. Responsibilities:

• Boost PhonePe's voice to improve the merchant experience.
• Along with collaborating closely with colleagues in the fields of business, creative tech, and user experience design to create innovative interactive concepts and content strategies, you will help PhonePe enhance its interactions with merchant partners.
• Employ a keen analytical mind to assess the entire merchant experience through a variety of channels and merchant touchpoints.
• Determine which actions or modifications to communications can be taken in light of the analysis.
• Analyze, report, and evaluate all conducted analyses in relation to the objectives.
• You will be working on new projects, developing interactive chatbots, and developing new.

Key Qualifications:

• Someone with a thorough grasp of consumer psychology and a potent storytelling arsenal.
• A candidate with the ability to persuasively and ardently present and defend original ideas or work that enhances the shopping experience.
• A communication expert with the ability to work with various teams and verticals 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and popular content management systems is required. 
• Working with a customer experience or merchant experience team before will be advantageous.
