• Explaining employers about the aim of the documentation procedure. 
• Context setting during follow-up calls

Requirement:

• The candidate must be a graduate.
• Candidates must be fluent in both English and Hindi (written and spoken). Understanding additional regional languages will be advantageous.
• Typing speed (20-25 words/minute or higher)
• Intermediate computer expertise and Excel skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must have 0-2 years of BPO experience in a similar capacity using a hybrid procedure.
• Candidates must have a laptop or desktop computer with a reliable Wi-Fi and internet connection (office, hybrid, or WFH).
