Responsibilities:

• Continue and participate in media fill activities and analyses, such as pH and GPT of media fill samples, incubation, and observation of media fill vials/plates. 
• Ensure nitrogen and compressed air sampling and analysis.
• Ensure clearance for processing, in-process checks, and process monitoring in the aseptic processing area. 
• Ensure the identification of microorganisms and culture management. 
• Ensure environmental monitoring of the Microbiology Laboratory. 
• Assist with the reporting and verification of test results and reports. 
• Maintain all-time readiness (ATR) for activities performed on the shop floor (related to environmental monitoring) and in the Microbiology Laboratory. 
• Evaluate and verify analytical data, as well as calculate results. 
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and adequacy of the analysis. 
• Provide microbiological support for plant validation and qualification activities.
• Conduct microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. 
• Document analytical data and calculate the results. 
• Perform Analytical Method Validation of Products.
