What You'll Do:

• Develop and carry out electrical characterisation tests for high-speed interconnect devices.
• Support the characterisation, validation, compliance, and system integration of Silicon One devices.
• Collaborate with the ASIC, system, and signal integrity teams to evaluate design tradeoffs, optimise design solutions, and review SI/PI designs.
• Create automation and analysis tools for lab measurements and data processing in Python and/or Matlab.
• Create methodology, including best practices, for Cisco's high-speed solutions and platforms to handle a variety of system scenarios. 
• Travel to customer sites as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with high-speed interfaces and analogue building blocks: PLL, CDR, CTLE, DFE, FFE, and FEC.
• Programming knowledge in Python and C/C++
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with different technical teams.
• Excellent documentation and technical communication abilities.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
