What will you do:

• Assess the needs of new hires and create onboarding plans that meet them. 
• Orient new employees on the company's policies and procedures. 
• Ensure that new hires have all of the tools, equipment, and resources they need to do their jobs. 
• Manage the onboarding process from beginning to end, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure that new hires receive the necessary behavioral and technical training. 
• Assist with the recruitment process by providing information to prospective candidates. 
• Manage employee records and data according to company policy.

• Minimum of 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting. 
• Understanding of HR regulations, policies, and procedures. 
• Proficiency in communication and user support, including training. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. 
• Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and related software programs.
