Role & Responsibilities :

• Delivering telecommunications goods and services by making inbound calls to residential wireline and wireless clients, both new and current. 
• Developing relationships with customers by learning about their requirements, stories, and suggesting products that they are happy with. 
• Comprehending, questioning, and suggesting, the solution-based selling technique overcomes client objections.
• Communicating with clients while going through several tools and systems at once. 
• Handling consumer orders and making sure they are accurate and complete. 

Entry Level Job For Freshers 

Required Candidate Profile :

• Qualifications: UG, PG, and graduate students may apply. 
• A candidate must have 0–5 years of upselling or customer service experience. 
• Outstanding English communication skills. 
• Be at ease working night shifts and taking alternate weeks off. 
• The candidate should feel at ease in a cross-selling and customer service setting.
