What You’ll Do

  • Onboard clients to set them up for success, and manage post-sale client communication.
  • Analyse product usage by clients to detect trends and effectively communicate them to the Product Development team to improve our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to discover gaps in customer demands and identify upsell and cross-sell possibilities.
  • Work directly with clients to resolve enquiries and service issues in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other internal organisations to improve the customer experience

Education/Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or application support job is preferred.
