Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage using photos to assist the system in approving or rejecting the pre-inspection request.
• Demonstrate command on various in-house systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to complete the requests inflow. 
• To detect any fraudulent activity involved while conducting Pre-inspection
• Maintain TAT as per SLA, and coordinate with partners to resolve their queries. 
• Constantly updating knowledge regarding product, process flows, best practices, and UW guidelines. 
• To highlight issues encountered in realtime when processing pre-inspection cases.
