IT Intern Duties & Responsibilities :

• Assists and supports Microsoft Windows servers and Windows clients.
• Supports apps like Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes, among others.
• supports devices such as servers, PCs, printers, barcode printers, scanners, and touch screens.
• Lead trainings for new staff and become a point of reference for the division on good practices connected to the systems.
• Support the Division's IT service level (ensure continuous improvement in service quality and cost efficiencies).
• Management of technological budgets for the division.
  Create strategic and operational plans based on the client's demands. 
• Conduct research and analysis on digital apps and services.
