Key responsibilities:

• Calling inactive Life Advisors (LAs) from a database or given lists. 
• Working with Life Advisors (LAs) to resolve their questions or concerns over a set length of time.
• Monthly target for activating the LAs. 
• Conduct follow-up calls with LAs after their training process to resolve questions, sustain engagement, and create relationships throughout the Las activation cycle.
