Job Description:

1. Appraisal - Assess the customer's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loan in the future. 
2. Interaction and Loan. Counselling - Meeting and interacting with customers.
3. Documentation - Gathering and reviewing the documents.
4. Loan Processing and Disbursement Process.
5. Cross-selling - The sale of Group company products.
6. Relationship Management - With customers and channel partners.

Qualifications: Fresh/experienced graduates, postgraduates, or MBAs with a good and consistent academic record (minimum of 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
