Performance Marketing Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine global opportunities for collaboration on a variety of platforms.
  • Set KPIs and cascade goals that align with the needs of all supply and demand parties.
  • Establish processes that follow the financial process, such as end-of-campaign reconciliation, to encourage operational excellence.
  • Be an expert on how the media behaves, how the target audience uses social media platforms (like Facebook and Google), and how any cross-channel distribution works.
  • It is strongly advised to onboard more platforms and create a playbook (Khai, Sharechat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are a few examples).
  • Oversee a group that plans and executes campaigns on several paid platforms.
  • Create a solid rapport with all internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee and carry out social media campaigns for well-known regional and international brands in a variety of sectors and geographies.
