Customer Experience Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Answer basic questions about stock broking 
  • Flexibility in switching between data and phone channels 
  • Observe the prescribed procedure instructions in order to resolve the issue. 
  • Gain the trust of your clients by their interactions 
  • Capacity to achieve daily and hourly production targets 
  • Utilise internal resources and procedures to promote resolution 
  • Raise the necessary level of support from the appropriate teams in order to address consumer concerns. 
  • Make suggestions for process enhancements 
  • Engage and inform clients so they can make the most of PhonePe.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communications
  • Should be able to speak in English and Hindi
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory 
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role
