• Making outgoing calls to wireline residential clients, both new and old, to sell them telecom products and services.
• Establishing trusting relationships with clients by learning about their backgrounds, understanding their needs, and suggesting goods choices they are happy  
• Navigating through several tools and systems at the same time as speaking with customers. 
• Completing and verifying the accuracy of customer orders. 
• Sharing best practices and taking part in ongoing training sessions.

Required Candidate profile

• Requirements: 10 + 2, Any Graduate.
• Work Experience: A minimum of one year of outbound sales experience (exclusively for international BPO)
• Outstanding English communication skills.
