As an Amazon Fresh Grocery Associate, your primary goal is to provide our customers with an amazing grocery shopping experience. We're looking for people that enjoy providing excellent customer service, are eager to learn new things, and can operate in a fast-paced atmosphere. Your daily tasks will vary depending on the retail demands. but some of your responsibilities may include: 

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, have friendly discussions, and enquire about their purchasing needs.
• Product Knowledge: Provide clients with product recommendations and information to help them make product-related decisions.
• Checkout Operations: Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions and help consumers with self-service. Checkout Lanes
• Return Processing: Receive and process Amazon.com and in-store returns.
• Store Presentation: Stock shelves and produce, set up merchandise displays, and maintain a cleanly sales floor
• Inventory Management: Unload product deliveries and organize stockroom
• Order Fulfillment: Pick items to fulfill customer grocery orders for pickup and delivery
