As an operations expert, you and your team hold great responsibility for ensuring that commodities reach the end of the supply chain—that is, into the hands of customers. You have full control over the store's inventory, which includes commodities, supplies, tools, and parts. As new products arrive, you ensure that your team has the tools, resources, and support it requires to keep the stockroom organised, complete inventory chores, and keep products available. You transmit information about the status of parts and products to the leadership and management teams on a regular basis. Furthermore, you are the first to reveal and promote the newest, most interesting products to the entire store crew.
