 Role and Key Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

  • Regularly provide effective coaching to direct reports, ensuring constant high performance delivery.
  • Identify performance flaws, create an action plan for improvement, and carry out corrective action.
  • Make certain that the services we offer our clients meet the financial and contractual Key Performance Indicators
  • Share expectations with staff members and provide them regular updates. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise to handle escalated client calls as needed. 
  • Hold Team Meetings to guarantee timely distribution of essential information and an open venue for feedback. Plan and organise team activities.

Key Skills and knowledge:  

  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to develop and coach team members to meet performance objectives.
  • Work well under pressure and follow through on tasks until completion.
  • Preferred: Banking experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and vocal
  • Capability to lead team members, multitask, prioritise, and fulfil deadlines for deliverables.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and guide team members.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
