Customer Support Executive Responsibilities

  • Keep your word and put the needs of the customer first in all that you do. 
  • Answer basic inquiries concerning PhonePe accounts and transactions.
  • Ability to switch between phone and data channels with ease. 
  • To solve the issue, adhere to the suggested procedure guidelines. 
  • Gain your clients' trust through their encounters. 
  • Capacity to meet daily and hourly productivity targets 
  • Raise the appropriate level of support from the appropriate teams in order to address customer concerns. 
  • Make suggestions for process enhancements
