Job Responsibilities :

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer via open and interactive communication
• Regular & timely interaction with the customer via various modes like calls, whatsapp, EDMs etc. as decided per the business plan
• Explain customized proposition to the customer basis the important dates (Birthday, Term Renew etc.)
• Respond to consumer complaints, offer suitable remedies and substitutes in a timely manner, and follow up to guarantee a resolution.
• Use the appropriate techniques and resources to present accurate, legitimate, and comprehensive information.

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate
