Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source New customers in the allotted areas create JLG groups and encourage financial knowledge among potential borrowers. 
• Collect all necessary information for sourcing, enter/upload/validate documents on LOS, and adhere to SOPs.
• Coordinate with the BM for appropriate clearances and the credit operations officer at the branch for disbursements in accordance with protocol.
• Organise customer centre meetings, alert borrowers ahead of time, and ensure complete participation. Resolve client enquiries and promote top-ups/cross-sells as specified by the branch. Manage a portfolio of 450-500 consumers.
• Carry out end-use monitoring of loans in accordance with the process.
• Create and send a daily report to the Branch Manager detailing tasks planned and completed.
• Coordinate recovery disposition reconciliation with Credit and Operations Officers as per schedule.
• Ensuring essential metrics, such as lead-to-login, are executed as per the matrix.
• Maintain meeting discipline, adhere to SOPs, and observe the code of conduct.
