Customer Acquisition Specialist Job Description:

The sales representative's main duty is to engage customers and show them the advantages and worth of our clients' goods and services. Selling and/or contract renewals are the representative's main priorities. This position is in charge of clearly communicating to clients the benefits of goods and services. 

  • Proficiency with products and a technical grasp of services to evaluate client needs
  • Begin resolving client issues and roadblocks that keep them from using the product or being satisfied.
  • Address complaints and the needs of the outside competitors in order to retain clients or draw in new ones.
  • Manage a lot of daily customer phone and email contacts; the majority of correspondence is outgoing.
  • Help your staff and management provide a professional experience in all of your interactions with current and prospective customers.
  • Keep up with the customer management system (CRM) to make sure that all pertinent information is recorded.
  • Perform sales actions, such as contract renewal, lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and serving as the customer's voice.
