What will you do:

• Employees in pharmacy retail stores should be closely supervised and trained to ensure that they follow company policies and procedures, give excellent customer service, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. 
• Monitor the quantity of medications, medical supplies, and other items that are available to ensure the store has adequate supply. As needed, place orders. 
• Make sure everything in the store is well-maintained and functional, and that it is tidy, customer-friendly, and orderly. 
• Oversee cash register operations, including processing exchanges and refunds and cash drawer reconciliation at the conclusion of each shift. 
• Respond to client questions, address grievances, and offer product and service recommendations to deliver outstanding customer service. 
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide suggestions to team members to promote organizational growth and development.
• Work with the pharmacist and other medical personnel to ensure that all prescriptions are filled correctly and on time.
• Keep up with new goods, services, and advances in the industry. When necessary, take advantage of chances for further education and training.
