What will you do:

• Customers/patients samples are collected and quickly tested. 
• Maintaining specimen integrity through aseptic techniques and regular operating procedures. 
• Utilizing identity documents to identify patients and their personal data.
• Maintaining and preserving records of blood volume, diagnosis results, and patient names. 
• Sanitizing, repairing, and calibrating lab apparatus used to collect and analyze blood samples. 
• Collect and tag specimens according to medical requisitions.

What we are looking for

• The candidate must have a DMLT/BMLT degree and 1-10 years of experience in the appropriate phlebotomy sector.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer expertise. 
• The ideal applicant should be familiar with testing methods and tools, able to answer questions, provide exceptional patient care, act as a resource for patient data, and improve the interaction between the patient and the medical facility.
