What will you do:

• Customers/patients samples are collected and quickly tested. 
• Maintaining specimen integrity through aseptic techniques and regular operating procedures. 
• Identifying patients and their personal information using identification documents.
• Keeping and keeping records of patient names, blood volume, and diagnostic findings. 
• Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment for drawing and testing blood specimens. 
• Collect and tag specimens according to medical requisitions.

What we are looking for

• The candidate must have a DMLT/BMLT degree and 1-10 years of experience in the appropriate phlebotomy sector.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer expertise. 
• The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable with testing techniques and equipment, capable of providing outstanding patient service, answering enquiries, serving as a resource for patient information, and strengthening the patient-medical facility relationship.
