We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused person to become a customer service executive and join our team. In this position, your duties will include giving our customers outstanding customer service and promptly and effectively responding to their questions. 
Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming consumer emails and calls about their accounts. 
  • Give clients accurate and timely information about their accounts, goods, and services. 
  • Respond to consumer questions and grievances in a polite and professional manner. 
  • Meet or surpass client expectations to keep a high degree of customer satisfaction. 
  • The capacity to multitask and operate in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Education Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
