Officer Sales is a member of the bank's front-line sales staff whose primary responsibility is to recruit new clients for the bank and investigate prospective new projects. Officer Sales is in charge of generating sales. Banks and investors offer services and products to meet their customers' needs. They are also accountable for responding to consumer enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a sales-only position that requires regular customer communication and travel.

Business Development Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Determine prospects for sales of the Bank's and other companies' products by bringing in new clients. and forming fresh connections. 
• Handle business affairs with current clients to strengthen the bonds that already exist. 
• Meet monthly sales goals set by the organization based on the Grade Matrix (BDE, Officer, and AM Sales)
• All engagement activities should be tracked and recorded using the CRM system. 
• Adhere to KYC/SEBI laws, rules, and regulations that control the financial services sector.
