It entails meeting and dealing with retail consumers, assessing their creditworthiness, determining their individual needs, and recommending the best solutions. It also includes loan processing, developing and retaining a quality portfolio through counselling, risk management, process development, and dedication to external and internal customers through effective communication, all of which bring value to customers and HDFC. Enhancing business from existing corporates and making new arrangements with corporates and developers to generate business for HDFC Ltd.
