Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • As the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, get to know their objectives, requirements, and difficulties.
  • Create action plans to meet client goals and achieve account growth targets, as well as account strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • To identify opportunities and challenges, track and analyze sales data, account funnel, account performance, and market trends.
  • Improve the basic hygiene and health metrics of recently onboarded partners to drive business growth.
  • Provide the designated clients with incremental revenue through monetization and commercial enhancements.
  • Work together with internal teams to plan and provide clients with outstanding service, quickly resolving any problems or concerns.
  • Create leads, reach out to prospective customers in a proactive manner, share our value proposition, and establish new alliances.
